What gets deleted
If you proceed, we will permanently delete the following within 30 days:
- Your name, email, mobile number, and login session
- Saved address suggestions and location history (last 30 days)
- Driver KYC documents and uploaded photos (drivers only)
- Firebase push notification tokens for your device
What we are required to keep (anonymised):
Indian tax law requires us to retain financial records (bills, fare totals, payment data) for 7 years. We will keep these records but replace your name and contact details with a generic identifier so they cannot be linked back to you personally.

Send an email from your registered address to admin@abhitaxi.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include your registered mobile number so we can verify and confirm.
We respond within 7 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
