How to delete your account
🧑 Customers — AbhiTaxi app or abhitaxi.com
- Sign in with your mobile number.
- Open Account (My account).
- Tap Delete my account.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile. Your account is deleted straight away.
🚗 Drivers — AbhiTaxi Driver app
- Sign in with your mobile number.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account. The request form below opens with your details filled in.
- Tap Submit deletion request. We confirm with you by phone or email, then delete your account within 30 days.
Can't sign in?
Use the request form below or email us — this works for both customers and drivers.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, mobile number, email and sign-in sessions
- Push-notification tokens for your devices
- Rewards / miles balance (customers)
- Location history from the app (drivers' live GPS points)
- KYC documents, licence/RC details and uploaded photos (drivers)
What we keep, and for how long:
Indian tax law requires us to keep financial records — trip bills, fares, tolls and commission payments — for 7 years. We keep these trip records but they are no longer linked to an account, and on request we replace the name and contact details on them with a generic identifier. Everything else listed above is deleted within 30 days of your request (immediately for in-app customer deletion).

Request deletion
Send this form and we'll confirm with you on your registered mobile or email before deleting anything.
Or email us
Email admin@abhitaxi.com with the subject "Delete my account", and include your registered mobile number and which app you use.
We reply within 7 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
